Tuscania Oil Mill
Located in Lazio, this cooperative olive mill is part of OP Latium, the largest olive-growing organization in the region. The olives milled here are destined for the production of organic IGP Roma oil, following a continuous cycle process using Pieralisi technology. This production line includes a hammer crusher, followed by six malaxers of 600 kg each. Extraction is performed with a three-phase decanter and completed with a centrifuge.
OP Latium brings together over 6,000 farms and olive-growing cooperatives, working together to manage all stages of extra virgin olive oil production on a daily basis.
The organization ensures high-quality standards through a widespread presence and constant technical assistance, while promoting the use of natural farming practices and minimizing the use of chemicals, thus supporting more sustainable agriculture for the environment.
