The Oil Mill
The new site is technologically very innovative.
It has a very low environmental impact and is harmoniously inserted in the socio-economic fabric of this inner area of Umbria. The plant covers a total area of 50,000 square metres, of which 30,000 square metres are covered.
The Farchioni oil mill has a total storage capacity of 10,000 tonnes of extra virgin olive oil. Six bottling lines, with a maximum annual production capacity of 70,000,000 packages each, complete the standard technological framework of the new plant that combines technological innovation with the best Umbrian olive oil tradition.
Currently, Farchioni Olii produces over 40 different types of olive oils, each of which is of high quality.
The quality of production processes are entrusted to scrupulous control and a carefully automated production.
