Montefalco Olive Groves
The olive grove covers an area of 8 hectares, located in a captivating setting around the historic walls of Montefalco, at an altitude ranging from 400 to 450 meters. These groves, with a centuries-old tradition, are predominantly planted with the Moraiolo variety, followed by Leccino and Frantoio. This is an example of heroic olive growing, with trees over 300 years old, some dating back as far as the 1700s, cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment and the surrounding landscape.
The result is our “Olivicoltura Eroica” oil – an outstanding product that encapsulates the richness and historic legacy of this land in every bottle.

The olives are harvested exclusively by hand, a necessary process due to the steep slopes and the age of the trees. This traditional method aligns with the principles of Heroic Olive Cultivation, which aims to protect the area's biodiversity and agricultural heritage.
The grove is planted on loamy-clay soil, moderately rich in stones, and characterized by a good presence of phosphorus, potassium, and trace minerals, which give the oil its unique organoleptic profile.
