Towards a greener and more responsible future
We use responsible practices at every stage of our production process, from the cultivation of olives to their processing, with the aim of reducing the impact on the environment and promoting a conscious use of resources.

Olive Hub
Traditional varieties and innovations for new models of olive growing
The OLIVE HUB project has made it possible to select and make available to olive growers a set of new varieties, represented by about 10 local varieties and some new varieties. The first ones derived from the selection of existing ones and the second ones produced ex novo through genetic improvement, which can be registered and placed on the market for the realization of new olive plantations.

Enhancement and care of the environment
We must nourish our roots from those olive trees that have the characteristics of heroic cultivation. Present throughout Italy, but today often in a state of abandonment because there are no longer the old owners who cultivated them or because it is too expensive to continue production. We are talking about olive trees that are over 100 years old and have an enormous value in terms of landscape, and they are cultivated on slopes above 30% or on terraces or on small islands or above 500 meters. From these different realities Farchioni produces oils in self-certification as Olivicoltura Eroica.

The Simple Agricultural Society VIVAGRI was born in 2023 in Perugia from the meeting of A.S.D. VIVA, Sports Association that makes sport accessible to people with disabilities, with the group FARCHIONI 1780, merging the ""social sector"" with ""entrepreneurship"", giving rise to a multifunctional project.
The VISION is to develop a social farm that includes people with disabilities, values them, discover their skills and talents aspiring to sustainable and continuous business development.
